Miniature Folding Inc is proud to announce the addition of a 238 panel outsert machine to its collection of folding and finishing equipment.

This machine specializes in the high speed production of super thick outserts and can fold down to as small as 1-1/8 X 1-1/8. It can accommodate sheets up to 40 inches in length and up to 21 inches wide.

  • With 16 folding plates in the parallel section, this machine can accordion fold very large printed material down to size.
  • Our double or triple knife folding system is excellent at performing thick folds with impeccable accuracy.
  • The pressing units placed between each section guarantee that the end customer will get a nice, flat, finished product.
  • This machine is equipped with a bar code scanning device that can effectively read 1D Linear and 2D Data Matrix codes.
  • The accuracy on the gluing unit is superb and its double sheet detection system allows the machine to eject doubles without stopping production.
